Luca on his training

Here at OWIS, we produce parts that others can't manage. This applies to complexity and, in particular, precision. And that has given my training a special quality. Working with such unimaginably high levels of precision has shaped me and I have developed a strong awareness of quality. Maybe that's why I ended up in QA!

Luca is a newly qualified machine and plant operator and has already been given a permanent job and area of responsibility in our quality assurance department. He uses the 3D coordinate measuring machine to check that the parts produced meet the requirements.

Fabian has a lot of experience – as a cutting machine operator and as a trainer. Before joining OWIS as a production manager, he was able to enrich his know-how at various metal-processing industrial companies. Fabian will be your trainer if you decide to train as a machine and plant operator!

It wasn't so long ago that Stefanie herself completed a commercial apprenticeship and shortly after completing her apprenticeship, she went on to complete a business administration degree. She has been working in internal sales for about a year now and enriches the OWIS team. If you would like to train as an industrial clerk, Stefanie is your trainer.

Dominik doesn't have a doctorate for nothing. You can learn a lot from him, dive deep into mechanical engineering and make plans on how to push the boundaries of what is possible even further. At OWIS, Dominik heads up the OWIS Engineering division and works with the management team to drive the company's development forward. If you would like to complete a dual study program at OWIS, Dominik will be your trainer.
