Customizing for applications in vacuum

With know-how and experience especially in the vacuum area, we are able to design our products for applications in high vacuum (HV), ultra high vacuum (UHV) and extremely high vacuum (XHV).

Thanks to our own research and development department and our high vertical range of manufacture, we are able to carry out individual adaptations to our manual and motorized positioners as well as beam handling systems and optomechanical components very quickly.

We assemble, test and measure your vacuum product in our cleanroom (ISO 5) and ensure the product's suitability for UHV and XHV based on a residual gas analysis.

For applications in high vacuum up to 10-6 mbar, we design OWIS standard components accordingly or make individual adjustments.

Designed for applications in ultra-high vacuum up to 10-9 mbar, we realize beam handling and positioning systems very flexibly. Enriched with OWIS know-how and ensured with extensive measurements and quality testing.
