Second employee info with reason to celebrate.
Staufen, 8/12/2021 / At the beginning of August, Managing Director Ruediger Ruh invited the entire OWIS staff to the 2nd Employee Info in the company's own training room. Divided into two Corona-compliant groups, they were offered insights into the business development and the events of the first half of 2021 as well as an outlook on the second half of the year.
Incoming orders and sales showed a significant upward trend compared to the previous year. The development of the OWIS Engineering business unit was particularly pleasing. The newly created offering meets the needs of the market. The first development projects have already been booked as orders, and further exciting projects are in the pipeline. "This impressively confirms our strategy!" concluded Ruediger Ruh.

Part of this strategy was also the renewal of the brand OWIS together with the advertising agency frau.wolf MACHT KOMMUNIKATION. The result is a grown self-image around the new claim "Lasers love OWIS". In a short presentation, Andrea Wolf took the audience on a journey to the re-sharpened brand, gave insights into the development process and presented the new website. The corporate website www.owis.eu had been launched just a few days earlier. Confident and encouraged, Ruediger Ruh concluded by addressing his team:
"My thanks go to each and every one of you. With your support, we mastered the transition and were able to shoulder the many changes in a very short time. The OWIS company is in an excellent position and we are ready for the future!"
But now everyone was ready for the lunch break. Outside, the "Frachtgut" food truck was already parked. In the beautiful sunshine, the delicious sandwiches with beef or turkey pastrami tasted even better to everyone. That's how it can go on!
