Thanks to the optimized ratio of footprint to travel distance, the C-CROSS can be integrated into measuring and testing equipment in a space-saving manner. The preloaded precision cross roller guide ensures maximum stability with minimal radial and lateral run-out. Integrated cable management and an closed design make the C-CROSS the perfect choice for cleanroom and laboratory environments.

We offer the C-CROSS with high-resolution 2-phase stepper motors or powerful DC servo motors with encoders. In the DC servo motor version, speeds of up to 80 mm/s are possible A 2:1 ratio can be integrated as an option, ideal for applications requiring fast and precise movements. This significantly reduces process times and maximizes throughput in automated processes.

Our proven OWIS technology ensures reproducible measurement results. The C-CROSS impresses with minimal vertical deviation and maximum repeatability and positioning accuracy. For applications requiring the highest precision, a fully integrated incremental linear measuring system can be added as an option.

Sleek design, high-quality anodized coating, enclosed construction – the C-CROSS combines functionality with premium aesthetics. Available with or without OWIS branding, it integrates perfectly into modern measuring and testing environments.

We offer the C-CROSS in two sizes:

• C-CROSS 105 with 105 mm travel range
• C-CROSS 205 with 205 mm travel range

Thanks to compatibility with our OWIS products, such as elevator and rotary stages, it enables seamless system integration. A cleanroom version is also available upon request.
