The C-CROSS 105 XY stage, with a travel of 105 mm, has been optimized for applications in measuring and testing technology, as well as in laser micromachining. Its closed design makes it ideal for use in laboratory and cleanroom environments. The small footprint in relation to the travel distance and the  integrated cable management enable space-saving integration into laboratory and measuring devices.

The integration of high-precision aluminum components and the preloaded precision cross roller guides contributes to the low vertical and lateral deviation of the cross stages, enabling their simultaneous handling of high loads. The C-CROSS is available with high-resolution 2-phase stepper motors that are easily controllable or more dynamic DC servomotors with rotary encoders. 

As an option, the cross table can be prepared for clean room applications and the repeatability and positioning accuracy can be improved by an incremental linear measuring system.
